Weekend Receptionist + Stylist Assistant
(Part time, approx 15 hours/week)
Who You Are
An energetic, warm and welcoming person with a genuine love for people
Strong work ethic, team player + positive attitude are a must
A love for fashion and/or bridal, looking for a start in the bridal or fashion industry
Experience in customer service or customer facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on weekends *essential - this role is Saturday + Sunday each week
Primary Responsibilities
Welcome + greet guests into space.
Manage phone calls, texts and and emails during business hours.
Assist stylist by setting up bridal suites prior to each appointment with bride’s gown selection, bringing new styles to bridal suites upon request, prepping gowns for pick ups.
Wear many hats - as a small, tight-knit team, we all do a bit of everything! Must be excited and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Handles day-to-day store tasks, including but not limited to: tagging, steaming, and managing inbound and outbound shipping, keeping store organized.
Proficient and confident in opening and closing the store.
